Brand Evangelist



The Brand Evangelist will play a fundamental role in achieving our ambitious customer acquisition and revenue growth objectives. You must be comfortable making dozens of calls per day, working with channel partners, generating interest, qualifying prospects and closing SPARs. Depending on the workflow, the Brand Evangelist role may shift. But in most cases, the following responsibilities can be expected: 


  • Understanding customer needs and requirements and how MeTEOR can assist them
  • Sourcing new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and outbound cold calls and emails
  • Routing qualified opportunities to the appropriate LES for further development and closure
  • Open SPARs and achieve quarterly SQL quotas
  • Research accounts, identify key players and generate interest
  • Maintain your database of prospects within your assigned territory
  • Team with channel partners to build pipeline and open SPARs




The Brand Evangelist reports to the VP of Brand Strategy.




  • Strong phone presence and experience dialing dozens of calls per day
  • Proficient with corporate productivity and web presentation tools
  • Experience working with SugarCRM, HubSpot or similar CRM
  • Excellent verbal and written communications skills
  • Strong understanding of current online marketing concepts, strategy and best practice.
  • Adaptability/Flexibility - Job requires being open to change (positive or negative) and to considerable variety in the workplace.
  • Exceptional listening, analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
  • BA/BS degree or equivalent
